New JSON encoding rules.
Asn1RT 3.6 introduces the JSONER encoders/decoders. A Java or C# application can then deal with JSON encodings for any ASN.1 based schema. These rules are not yet standardised and the implementation follows the draft JSON Encoding Rules proposed by OSS.
