Cobrowsing features enhanced with WebRTC screen-sharing. Addition of CTI support for Cisco Webex Calling.
TelServer v2.14.0 allows, by configuration, the cobrowsing agent to switch the cobrowsing mode (from mirroring to cobrowsing for example). The new screen-sharing feature enables the visitor to share his screen with WebRTC (no need to edit the client web site).
TelServer CTI feature is enhanced with the support of the Cisco Webex Calling cloud IPBX.
