Certifications
TelServer is certified CSTA/SIP/RTP on Alcatel-Lucent Omni PCX Entreprise and Office IPBX.
The CTI (CSTA) and SIP features have been validated and certified against OXE and OXO IPBX by the ALE AAPP team. Generally required by big companies, the certification offers for all our customers the insurance to get a support from the ALE support team.
UNIGONE is a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Entreprise AAPP program at the Registered Company level.
